Questions
What people ask before they book a set-up, a printable or a workshop.
What it is
What is the difference between Simplify and The Virtual Organiser?
Simplify is Laura setting up your own tools once and showing you how they work, so you run them yourself. The Virtual Organiser is Laura doing the admin for you, on monthly hours.
Is Simplify the same as Laura's apps?
No. Simplify is Laura setting your own tools up and teaching you. An app is a product you use on your own. Laura's app for this is LT: Tick Sheet, made to hold her checklists, ready to tick; ask Laura about it.
Which tools does Laura set up?
A booking link, a client tracker, Google Workspace basics (mail labels and filters, the calendar, Drive folders), and a Trello or Notion workspace, depending on the set-up you choose.
Who is it for?
Sole traders who would rather own the system than pay for hours every month, and planners who want a good template and an evening workshop.
Prices and software
Do I need to buy any software?
Set up on tools you already have, or free versions where they fit. Any paid plan is yours, paid to the provider.
Which set-up is mine?
Quick Start set-up £95 sets up one system. Essentials set-up £195 covers Google Workspace basics, a booking link and a client tracker. Complete set-up £295 adds a Notion or Trello workspace and enquiry email templates.

Afterwards, and changing your mind
What do I keep afterwards?
The set-up on your own tools, a recorded walkthrough of how it works (20 minutes with Quick Start, 30 with Essentials, a 45-minute recorded handover call with Complete), and questions answered for 14 days with Essentials or 30 days with Complete.
How do I get the free starter checklist?
Ask Laura for it through her contact form, Instagram or LinkedIn. It is a one-page printable reset checklist, with nothing to buy and no sign-up needed.
How big is a workshop?
A small group. The online evening workshop is 90 minutes live on video with a workbook and the matching printable; the local workshop is 2 hours in person, with the venue and a printed pack included.
Can I change my mind?
For a set-up or a workshop, you have 14 days to change your mind after booking. Downloads: you can cancel within 14 days, unless you ask to have it straight away and agree in writing that you lose that right.
